Bay City Electric Works Introduces New Service Operations Manager – E. J. Ochoa
Bay City Electric Works is pleased to announce that E.J. Ochoa has joined our team. E.J. has spent the last thirteen years working in the automotive service repair business spending his last six years at Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet in operational positions with increasing responsibilities. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from San Diego State University in 2003 where he was recruited to play baseball. He also had the opportunity to participate in Master Service Consultant training at Hendrick Automotive and General Motors Corporation.
E.J. has spent the majority of his career focused on process improvement and building customer relationships which will carry over nicely to his new opportunities at Bay City. He will be tasked with leading the daily operation of our Southern California Service operation with an emphasis on increasing the efficiency of operations and supporting our field technicians with the best tools, right parts, and the optimum schedule that will meet our customer's needs.
