Rule 1470 for SCAQMD Effective 1-1-13

We are into 2013 and the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) 1470 rule changes are in effect. Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) are required on emergency standby engines at certain locations.
