The Warehouse Support – Parts position is responsible for assisting with receiving, storage, and distribution of material, tools, equipment, and products within established policies and procedures of organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily including the following.

•Responsible for receiving, inventory and staging of parts.

•Mark, sort and store materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.

•Pick, pack, and ship materials and products.

•Receive and store generators.

•Process all packages for shipping utilizing UPS/FedEx and freight lines

•Process returned merchandise.

•Conduct part cycle counts.

•Replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed.

•Drive Company vehicle to vendor locations to pick up parts and other equipment.

*Drive Company vehicle to customer locations and/or technician to deliver materials.

•Responsible for the cleanliness of the warehouse and parts cage.

•Maintain a safe, clean working environment.

•Other duties as assigned


•High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

•1+ years’ experience.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Outlook and Excel. Familiar with Great Plains software preferred.

•Must hold a valid driver’s license.

•Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.

•Must be a team player, detail-orientated, and flexible.

•Ability to pass background investigation and drug test.
