Bay City Electric Works offers you service support that is available for routine maintenance schedules and emergencies. At Bay City Electric Works, our people are the best in the business. All of our technicians are either factory trained and authorized, and/or have completed degrees in diesel-electric power generation. You'll feel better knowing that the technicians servicing your generator and transfer switch are highly trained in their field. They are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Bill Havrilla, Service Manager
Bill Havrilla is Bay City’s Service/Parts Manager and is responsible for the Service and Parts Department. He has been with Bay City for nine years and has 26 years of industry experience.
Previously, he was in the United States Marine Corps. Bill enjoys working for Bay City because it is family owned and it is a Kohler distributor.

These services are available on any make or model. Advanced test equipment is required to thoroughly test your generator to the original factory standards. Every effort will be made to ensure that if your equipment has a weak component, or won't hold up to industry standards, it will be found.
