He also spent over 3 years leading the Kohler Power Systems Americas Sales Team working closely with Kohler Distributors to achieve market share gains and overall business performance improvement.

Rod received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Marycrest University in 1981, his MBA from St. Ambrose University in 1987, and also studied at the Harvard Business School in 2005.

After graduating high school, he attended The University of Arizona and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Economics. Charles has been working at Loftin Equipment ever since. He worked closely with Mark Loftin in the acquisition of Bay City Electric Works and is now Vice President of Operations for both companies.
